We deliver to all regions of Germany and all countries within the European Economic Area (EEA). All cross-border shipping follows EU e-commerce cross-border trade regulations.

Standard warehouse processing time: 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and German public holidays. Processing time may be slightly extended during Black Friday, Christmas and other seasonal peak sales periods.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 4–8 working days across Germany Expedited Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 working days, additional surcharge applies at checkout Free Standard Delivery: Available for orders meeting the minimum cart threshold displayed on checkout (excludes oversized, heavy bulk goods)

Once our logistics carrier collects your parcel, a unique tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email address. You can check real-time delivery progress anytime on your order page in the customer account.

Delivered but not received: Contact our support to launch a carrier investigation; we will offer replacement or full refund in line with EU logistics dispute rules after 7–14 days carrier inquiry. Wrong shipping address input: Customers bear full responsibility to provide accurate address details; reshipping fees caused by customer errors shall be borne by the customer. Logistics delays: Zdruuyng accepts no liability for delays caused by force majeure, seasonal weather disruptions or official carrier operational adjustments.

APO/FPO military addresses can only be shipped via USPS standard service with extended transit times; express delivery is not available for military destinations.
