All payment transactions are processed through Shopify PCI-DSS Level 1 & GDPR certified payment gateway: Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay Third-Party Payment Provider: PayPal (EU & German GDPR compliant) Zdruuyng does not store sensitive card security data on our internal servers.

Orders delivered to Germany and EEA countries support EUR settlement. All displayed prices include legally required German VAT. Tax deduction and refund comply with European cross-border tax provisions.

Per mandatory EU consumer law, all valid refunds will be initiated within 14 calendar days. The actual arrival time of funds depends on the processing speed of your selected payment provider. Full pre-dispatch order cancellation: 100% refund without any deduction After-sales approved returns: Refund issued after warehouse goods inspection Partial refunds for damaged/incomplete returned goods: Confirmed via official notification email after inspection

We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel suspicious fraudulent orders. Customers must first contact our official support team to resolve all order-related issues before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Repeated unfounded chargebacks will lead to permanent account purchase restrictions.
