All consumers based in Germany / EEA hold a statutory 14 calendar days withdrawal period without any reason. The withdrawal period starts the day you receive the goods. You may submit your withdrawal declaration via email info@zdruuyng.shop, written letter or cancellation form in your customer account. No extra justification is required.

Per German distance selling law, below goods cannot be returned after unsealing/customization:

Send your withdrawal request within 14 days after receiving goods to info@zdruuyng.shop, state your order number and product details. Our customer service will confirm your application within 2 working days and provide return instructions. Securely repack all items in original condition and ship back via standard parcel carriers. We carry out goods inspection within 5 working days after receiving your returned parcel.

We process all eligible refunds within 14 calendar days upon receiving your withdrawal notice or returned goods, as required by EU consumer law. Full refund applies to unused, unwashed, undamaged items with full original packaging intact. Partial refund applies to items stained, scratched or damaged caused by customer improper use, or missing parts. Original delivery fees will not be refunded for voluntary customer returns. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless goods are defective or wrongly delivered by Zdruuyng.

If items arrive broken, faulty or inconsistent with your order, contact our support within 7 days after delivery with clear photos of goods and outer packaging. We offer three legal compliant solutions: full refund, free replacement or store credit. All related shipping expenses will be covered by Zdruuyng.

You may fully cancel your order for a full refund before our warehouse dispatches the parcel. Once shipped, the statutory 14-day withdrawal terms apply.
